Surviving Uni workshops provide a safe space to work on yourself as an Individual by taking care of your physical and mental health. We will support you to explore your Interpersonal relationships and how you relate to others. The workshops can help you develop your Ideological thoughts and beliefs around how you play your part in your community and the wider world. And finally we try to find some answers to the Inspirational questions like, “What does a good life look like?” and “what is success?”
These Workshops are being run in collaboration with North Church, at Hyde Park Book Club (LS6 1BL) from 3-4pm on Fridays:
18 October
25 October
01 November
08 November
15 November, and
22 November.
