A meditation about the emotion of joy. How can you bring more joy to your life?

This meditation is for anyone who is seeking a bit more joy today. It is about 10 minutes long can be done anywhere: sitting, walking, lying down.

This reflection is influenced by mindfulness and Christian forms of meditation and is created for people of all faiths and none. There is a stilling exercise, a time of quiet and then some reflections on seeking joy.
