Mindfulness for difficult times is a course introducing you to the different techniques of mindfulness. We are thrilled to be working with mindfulness teacher and massage therapist Cathy Ward on this course. She shares her wisdom and her own experiences.
There will be six sessions and each of them will have a youtube video of teaching from Cathy and then two meditations, one longer, one shoter so you can start introducing these techniques into your day-to-day life.
This is the perfect introduction to mindfulness and a gentle way to start in what is a difficult time for many.
