We’re getting ready for our next Enneagram Retreat Day in April, on the topic of Sub-types.
Learning about and using the Enneagram unlocks understanding of ourselves and those we live and work with, supporting healthy living and healthy relationships (find out more at our blog here).
This retreat day will be focused on our subtypes – how do our instrincts drive our reactions and behaviours?
The day will run from 10am – 3pm on Saturday 20 April, at 43 The Calls, Leeds, LS2 7EY. We’ll be providing light refreshments including tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit, and there will be a break for lunch. You can bring your lunch with you or pop out and buy something from one of the local shops or cafes. It would be useful for you to know your Enneagram type ready for this session. If you would like to attend and don’t know your type, please get in touch with Anna and she will be able to recommend some reading you can do.
If you’d like to attend, book your place through Ticket Source here. You will need some prior knowledge of the Enneagram in order to get the most out of this day, but if you aren’t familiar with it and would still like to attend, please contact Anna for a conversation.
Our office is a short walk from the bus station or the train station, and if you think that getting to our office might be challenging for you, please contact Anna for a discussion about how we might be able to meet your needs.

At Leeds Sanctuary, we value the mental and physical wellbeing of every individual. With this in mind, a Mental Health First Aider (Anna) will be available for a conversation if any challenging topics arise during the session.
Like many organisations, we like to take photos and sometimes short videos so that we can showcase the work we’re doing in our various digital and print communications. If you would prefer not to be in any photos, please let us know by email or during the session, and we will ensure that you are not featured.
