On Monday a group of us met to share our fears and sadness about the situation in Ukraine. We shared our sense of powerlessness along with the things we had done to help.
While we talked we also used our creativity to make small blue and yellow hearts. These hearts will be sent with a shipment of postcards to Ukrainian refugees to be given as gifts of encouragement and solidarity. We also discussed the best places to give money so we are showing practical as well as creative support.
If you would like to support this, please make a blue and yellow heart. They can be knitted, crocheted, embroidered, fabric, painted – whatever you fancy.
